Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ARA. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:
- Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria OR any other criteria that is pertinent to your particular purchase. For example, we do not accept returns on custom orders.
- Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@aralagos.com or DM us on Instagram @ara.lagos_ within the return period.
- Please provide your order details, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue for assistance.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items, personalized/customized items, are non-returnable.
